One of the hardest thing for designers is to find that single image that fits our design idea. Sometimes we spend more time looking for photos than we spend on the actual design, but when we find that one gem of an image it makes a world of difference. That’s why I put this list of the best websites to find stock photos together. The list contains websites that range from free stock photos to free graphic resources. I also included some paid subscription sites, like ShutterStock and Dreamstime and some websites I often use to get free textures and graphic resources. Enjoy!

This is a great list. I wanted to reccomend another one and thats http://www.myfreedigitalphotos.com I’ve been searching all over for a certain image that I needed for my blog and miraculously these guys had it.
My personal favorite vector site is freevector dot com (system says my post is spammy – can’t put a real dot I guess) name says it all I guess. I used to use vecteezy too, that’s great, but it’s already on the list. I think we will be seeing more and more great graphic art related sites. You can add the one I adviced to your list if you like it.
